My fruit art

We have been learning about how a seed sprouts. I drew a picture of the inside of a kiwi fruit to see its seeds.

Anzac survivors

On 25th April 2015, it was the 100th anniversary of ANZAC soldiers landing at Gallipoli.  We learnt lots of things about life and war for the ANZAC soldiers when we visited Auckland Museum in April.  We created poppies, we have written poems and letters about ANZAC and World War 1.

I have chosen to share my acrostic poem because it is about poppies.  I have  learnt something about ANZAC Day.
